Aspen was built for the county jails that the healthcare industry has largely ignored. Facilities under 120 beds with no dedicated medical team, officers making healthcare decisions they weren’t trained for, and counties carrying far more liability than they need to.
We built it because we kept seeing that gap with smaller county jails and nobody was filling it.
The team behind Aspen comes from Ivy Correctional Medicine, a corrections medical provider with 15 years of hands-on experience inside county jails. This experience now powers Aspen, making corrections-specific telehealth available to smaller facilities, staffed exclusively by clinicians who’ve worked in jail environments, not adapted from community providers.
